Trout

I did forget to tell you. I only remembered when I was flicking through photos in the wee hours this morning.

A couple of weeks ago, I was crossing a shallow stream, one of many that’s on this trail AND... I looked down and saw RAINBOW TROUT!

Just swimming along in about 30-50cm of water.

Right there for the eating. I mean... watching. :-)

If ever I have been tempted to stop this hike, it was right at that moment. I knew I should have packed a handline. What was I thinking ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
